- In a pan put 2 spoons of oil and once the oil is hot, put mustard seeds, ginger, cumin seeds and curry leaves
- Tofu is cut into small squares(prior). Put the tofu pieces and add turmeric powder and 1/2 spoon of chilli powder(depending on the spice level). Don’t forget to add salt (1/2 spoon should do)
- Use a flat spatula to chop the tofu pieces into small granules and keep cooking for 20 minutes. Once the small granules of tofu starts tossing, you’re ready to use it as a stuffing in the bread.
